If your order is being delivered by FedEx you will receive a tracking email with your delivery reference and a link to track your delivery.

For non-members, delivery is €9.95 for orders under €149.

Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver to P.O. boxes.

All import duties and taxes are paid by us! We want to ensure your order is fast and efficient with no added delays or require additional documentation. You don't need to worry about any additional charges. What you pay in the checkout is the final delivery cost.

Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday (UK time) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm (UK time) will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed on or one day before a NL bank holiday, or during active promotions (such as Friends&Family or Black Friday) may take longer to be delivered. Please allow additional delivery time if you place your order on one of these dates.

Your order will be delivered by FedEx and will be delivered within 2-5 working days.
